We use Google Analytics on some of our webpages to collect anonymous data (non-personal) about how many pages on our site each of our visitors viewed, how long they stayed, how they were referred to our site (for example, by clicking our website link in a social media site or when doing a search), type of browser used, country or area they were in at the time, and their computer's IP address. "IP" stands for "Internet Protocol."

If you interact with our site, such as submitting an email form so we can answer your questions, then of course we have the information that you send us. We don't sell or share your information. We value your privacy.

Payment information is done strictly and securely with PayPal, with your private payment information going to PayPal only. We receive only the information that you've paid, what products you paid for, the purchase total and your order number. We also receive your name and email address so we can process and deliver your order. When your purchased products are digital (to be read, watched or used on a computer, tablet or smartphone), these are delivered automatically by our system immediately upon payment. You will be redirected from PayPal right to your download page with all of your products ready for you. If you miss coming back to our site or don't have the time or your preferred device with you, no worries! You will be sent an email containing a link to your download page. Please download your purchases as soon as possible. If you don't receive the downloads email within about 10 minutes, check your spam folder. If you've added any free gifts to your shopping cart, they'll be included on your download page along with your paid order. At this time, FLO & PayPal can't process an order of "$0.00." We do have a number of free gifts available on their own pages, though.

We'll email a "thank you" for ordering, also. We may send helpful information relating to your purchase in the future, as well as occasional news about related products or gifts we think you might appreciate. You can opt out of receiving emails from us, if you'd like, by tapping the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. We don't email frequently. We never share your email address with anyone—we hate spam, too! We would cooperate with the law, of course, sharing any information we absolutely had to.
